Vice president calls for expansion of Iran-Bahrain ties

TEHRAN — In a meeting on Sunday with Iran’s new ambassador to Bahrain, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Vice President Parviz Davoudi emphasized the importance of friendly and brotherly relations between Tehran and Manama and called for the expansion of bilateral ties.

Amir-Abdollahian also presented a report on the latest developments in the region and explained his initiatives for strengthening Iran-Bahrain ties
